Product Assembly and Testing
The customer provides relevant assembly requirements, test requirements and assembly drawings. SJ is responsible for the secondary processing and assembly services of the entire product. The assembly components outside the plastic parts can be provided by the customer or purchased by SJ.
We will set up the assembly process according to the product requirements. Configure the relevant mounting fixtures and carry out various assembly tests.
The assembly equipment includes pad printing machine, hot melt machine, ultrasonic machine, dispenser and hand beer machine.
