Validation and Cleanroom Injection Molding
In order to ensure the highest quality and stable production of the products, each injection mold will be validated during the pre-production stage of the project. Our injection molding engineers will optimize the molding process to determine variables such as rated injection pressure, fill time, hold pressure and molding time. Injection molding engineers will use the Design of Experiment (DOE) to find molding parameters to determine a stable injection process. Our trained quality engineering staff will fully document each phase of the IQ/ OQ / PQ portions of the mold validation to ensure our customer's product is not only in spec, but also repeatable throughout an extended validation run.
At the same time, according to the product conditions and quality requirements build fixtures and set up automatic production lines to ensure that each process is monitored, and ultimately get the fastest molding cycle and stable production quality. We can provide customers with reports on the entire optimization process including MFI, FAI, CMK, CPK, IQ, OQ, PQ.
