Annual tourism is a great opportunity for SJ staffs to relax and enhance communication. The annual tour was two-day trip in Shanwei city this year. The first batch of travel time was from 12th, August to 13th, August, and the second batch will be conducted in September or October. During the journey, SJ staffs enjoyed beautiful scenery, visited the Red Army Cultural Museum, and learnt the history of the Red Army development. The tour was well-received by everyone, it not only helped to relieve the pressure of work and life, but also improved the cohesion and collaboration among colleagues, which also can mobilize staffs' enthusiasm and work with more passion.

From August 4th, 2017, Mr. Conor, a senior training lecturer from RJG Corporation, conducted a three-day scientific injection molding training at SJ. Mr. Conor has 20 years of experience in the injection molding industry. He has conducted injection molding technology system training in large-scale medical equipment company, such as Abbot, BD, Johnson & Johnson, etc. The training was divided into two parts, two days of scientific injection molding theory and one day of scientific testing. Mr. Conor's lecture was vivid, he used the form of pictures to help students solve questions. The students were encouraged to discuss the questions together and actively took participate in the course. This training made SJ staffs have a deeper understanding of scientific injection molding.

In order to enhance the emotional communication between SJ staffs and their children and improved staffs ‘sense of belonging to the company. On July 21th, 2017, SJ Business School held a parent-child activity with the theme of "Small hands and big hands." The activity was warmly received by the staffs, there was total 19 families took participate in it. This activity not only prepared game shows such as the magical bubble show and walking table tennis to enhance the intimacy between parents and children. It also encouraged children to perform their talent shows, it ended with recording the staff’s expectations of their children's growth. On 12th, July, 2017, the 6S inspection meeting was organized by Andrew Huang, who is the management representative. The meeting focused on the issues in the current 6S inspection, then made relevant solutions, improved the scoring and reward standards. After the meeting, the 6S team carried out detailed inspection on the 6S site area. The inspection mainly focused on equipment maintenance, driving safety, safety identification, health corners, machine cleaning, fire safety, etc. Finally 6S team made improved suggestions for each department.
