In order to improve the company's overall 6S level and create a safe and comfortable working environment. On 12th, July, 2017, the 6S inspection meeting was organized by Andrew Huang, who is the management representative. The meeting focused on the issues in the current 6S inspection, then made relevant solutions, improved the scoring and reward standards. After the meeting, the 6S team carried out detailed inspection on the 6S site area. The inspection mainly focused on equipment maintenance, driving safety, safety identification, health corners, machine cleaning, fire safety, etc. Finally 6S team made improved suggestions for each department.
